Last updated: . These terms govern the supply of electrical services by VLA Electrical Ltd ("we", "us", "our") and your use of this website.
Quotes are free and provided without obligation. A quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may be revised if the scope of work changes or unforeseen conditions are found.
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date and the scope of work with you. Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule.
Prices are as set out in your quote. We accept BACS, credit and debit cards, and cash. Payment terms will be stated on your invoice. Late payments may incur interest in line with applicable legislation.
All work is carried out to BS 7671 and, where applicable, notified under Part P of the Building Regulations. You will receive the relevant certification on completion.
Our installation work is guaranteed for 1 year for workmanship and materials. The guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party alterations or fair wear and tear.
We hold comprehensive public liability insurance of at least £5 million.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out.
Where you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of agreeing to the work. If you ask us to start work within that period, you may be charged for work completed.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
